Through our many years in the industry and because the owner has personally invested in over 70 properties himself, we have gained a great wealth of knowledge and many connections. Most of our properties are pocket listings that never even hit the open market. Many of our investors have purchased or sold numerous transactions for us. We have so many great relationships that have nurtured into a lot of word of mouth and repeat business.
