Hello, so this unit does not have a garage. And then in terms of applications, we just go down the line. If a person or couple, or whomever apply, get approved, then choose this unit… they would be granted the rental. It’s a first come, first serve (on approval). We don’t look at all of the applications for a particular unit and pick who gets it.
